How we use your information.

Sound Pop is operated by Sharleen Gilani in South Wales, UK. When you place an order request, we collect the details needed to reserve, confirm, deliver or arrange collection of your order. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, order choices and any note you provide.

We use this information to process your order, communicate with you, prevent misuse of the ordering service and keep the business records required for accounting and legal purposes. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers when necessary to operate the website, send order communications or fulfil delivery, or when the law requires it.

Order and transaction records may be retained for up to six years where required for tax, accounting or legal purposes. To ask what information we hold, request a correction or raise a privacy concern, email soundpopofficial@gmail.com.

We use Google Analytics only when you choose “Accept analytics”. It helps us understand approximate visitor numbers, popular pages, device information and how visitors reached the website. Google Analytics is not loaded when you choose “Essential only”. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer.

Delivery & collection

Choose the option that suits you.

Standard UK delivery is £3.99 per order. Tracked delivery is estimated at £14.99 for Europe and £24.99 outside Europe. We will confirm availability, the delivery address, final international postage and any destination restrictions before payment. Customers are responsible for any local customs charges.

In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days after payment is confirmed. If an order needs longer, we’ll update you directly before dispatch.

Dispatch timing and tracking information, where available, will be confirmed by email. Contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the confirmed delivery window.

Cancellations & returns

If something is not right, tell us.

To cancel an order request or reservation, email us as soon as possible with your order reference. For eligible unopened goods bought online, you also have 14 days from receiving them to tell us you wish to cancel, followed by 14 days to return them.

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, we cannot accept a change-of-mind return once sealed confectionery has been opened. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described. Please contact us with your order reference and photographs where relevant so we can arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution.

Terms

Sound Pop ordering terms.

Sending an order request creates a 72-hour reservation; it does not take payment or guarantee the order until Sound Pop confirms availability. Delivery orders require the amount shown in the confirmation, including postage. In-stock orders normally dispatch within 2–3 working days after confirmed payment.

Product colours and presentation may vary slightly from on-screen images. Always read the ingredients, safety information and use instructions supplied with the product. Audio content and artist artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders.
